Year 3 TA in Ealing

As a Year 3 TA, will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning journey of students. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons, you will also provide one to one support, be a motivated Teaching Assistant who can be creative and can work well as part of a team.

The role

• Teaching assistant to work in Year 3
• To work with small groups and on 1:1 basis
• Helping to plan and prepare educational materials
• Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their full potential
• Salary will be negotiable depending on experience

• A genuine interest in working with young children in a primary school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
• Can display good behaviour management skills
• A proactive and creative approach to learning
