As an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse, you'll be responsible for:
  • Administering IV and oral chemotherapy treatments at patients' homes
  • Conducting blood tests and toxicity assessments
  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort during treatments
  • Working with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Travelling to various locations within the community
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines

The ideal Agency Chemotherapy Nurse will have:
  • An active NMC Pin as a Registered RGN
  • Experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy
  • Proficiency in cannulation and venepuncture
  • A valid driving licence
  • A SACT Passport or equivalent qualification
