We’re seeking an organised and proactive Studio Support Person to ensure the smooth running of a bustling studio environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and guests, you'll play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient space while supporting our creative team.

The successful candidate will be adaptable and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines. Ideally with an immediate start. If you are friendly, approachable, and dependable, with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities could include:

Manage front of house, ensuring studios and meeting areas are pristine and ready for use;

Oversee the studio diary, coordinate meetings, and anticipate travel/accommodation needs;

Maintain office supplies, monitor stock levels, and liaise with contractors for studio upkeep;

Handle incoming calls, emails, and post efficiently;

Organise catering, coordinate events, and assist with general administrative duties.
