We are searching for an ambitious and driven Bids Manager with a passion for architecture and design, ideally available immediately. We’re looking for a talented individual to join a dynamic team for a temporary role (circa 3 months), with the potential for a permanent position thereafter. In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of the end-to-end bid process, crafting compelling proposals to secure high-profile projects and setting the practice apart in a competitive market.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing and delivering successful bids, exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a drive for producing persuasive content. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines. You will also be a strategic thinker who takes initiative and brings fresh, innovative ideas to the bid process.
Key Responsibilities could include:
Lead the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
Collaborate with senior leadership, architects, and project teams to create tailored, persuasive bid documents.
Own the proposal strategy, content, and presentation to ensure each submission aligns with client needs and highlights our unique strengths.
Manage all aspects of bid production, including document formatting, compliance checks, and final reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration throughout.
Stay ahead of industry trends and client expectations, continuously refining our approach to produce standout bids.
