At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

Were looking for a Field Team Manager to join our team. Youll lead a group of engineers, making sure they deliver high-quality work on time and to the right standards.
This role is hands-on. Youll be out in the field, supporting your team, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly. Youll check work, help improve performance, and make sure safety rules are followed.

Youll work closely with other teams, making sure projects stay on track. Good communication is key. Youll talk to engineers, planners, and managers to keep things moving.
We need someone with experience in telecoms or a similar industry. You should know how to lead a team, manage workloads, and get the best out of people. If you like working outdoors, solving problems, and leading a team, this could be the role for you.

Bring your proven managerial experience in telecoms, strong leadership, and team management skills to our dynamic team. Your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will help build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. With solid technical knowledge of telecoms engineering, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, you'll excel in problem-solving and adhere to health and safety regulations.
