Our client is a successful garden and grounds maintenance services company, they carry out high-quality work for clients situated mainly in the Central London and Essex areas with some cross other south east areas surrounding London for residential and commercial clients. As an experienced Mobile Gardener you will be managing your schedule and given autonomy.

They are currently looking for an experienced Gardener / Maintenance Gardener to work as part of one of the landscaping teams. And ideally, have a clean driver's licence as this job offers a vehicle, fuel card and ability to use the van to home and out of hours.

As the successful candidate you will have soft landscaping experience, some horticultural knowledge is essential with a love and enthusiasm for plants and gardens; a desire to learn and develop is vital.

You will need to be good at communicating and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, whilst being able to show initiative.

Job description:

• Weeding and seasonal pruning and planting

• Maintenance for commercial and residential external landscapes

• Hedge cutting / Lawn mowing and border edging

• Watering

• Irrigation installation and repair

• Planting of annuals and bulbs

• Assist in the control of pest and disease

• Support the Lead Horticulturist to ensure that your gardens reach full potential

• Ensure all tools, materials and plants are taken to site when required.

• Support in the daily completion of job sheets highlighting future requirements.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
