Salary: £11,500

Location: Knights Bridge

Duties:

• Thoroughly dust and clean glass to main entrance and doors - both sides including vision glass to any/all partition doors to all buildings
• Thoroughly dust and polish all hand rails, door furniture and intercom to the main entrance and ground floor areas to all buildings
• Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted area's to all the ground floors and mop wash marble any hard/floors as required
• Check all common part areas from top to bottom for litter and vacuum or spot clean as and when required to all buildings
• Spot sweep and litter pick all external areas
• Report any faults or damage directly to the management company.
• Check all communal lighting and change lamps were accessible by maximum height 7 step ladder as required and report any faults where necessary as required
• Deal with deliveries on site
• Supervise and monitor contractors and maintenance companies on site including their arrival and time on site.
• Oversee the security of the building at all times, ensuring that the communal entrance doors are closed at all times
