Luxury Lifestyle Concierge Manager required for this prestigious company based in Central London

??My client is looking for an experienced, energetic, and ambitious Luxury Lifestyle Concierge Manager to join their Lifestyle team, based at their London head office. You will be passionate about delivering high-end customer experience and will bring strong existing knowledge of what it takes to deliver the best in-house concierge service to a high-net worth audience.

Experience:

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing relationships with clients, ensuring engagement, loyalty, and retention.

You must have superb general knowledge of high-end experiences and be able to assist clients with all their concierge needs. You will have worked with high-net-worth individuals and clients and bring your problem solving mindset to every request.

Main Duties:

  • Researching and booking dining, tours, and activities
  • Sourcing luxury goods
  • Procuring tickets
  • Arranging transportation
  • Liaising with global suppliers
  • Attending networking events

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent, clear verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail to vital
