As the Resident Host, you will be the first point of contact for all residents and their guests, ensuring a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience within the development. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and exclusive environment, where every interaction is delivered with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all residents and guests, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared for.
- Offer personalised concierge services, including but not limited to arranging transport, booking reservations, managing deliveries, and assisting with requests for housekeeping or maintenance.
- Coordinate and oversee resident events, gatherings, and social activities, ensuring high standards of service and attention to detail.
- Maintain knowledge of local amenities, cultural events, restaurants, and attractions to offer tailored recommendations to residents.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by residents promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Foster a friendly, approachable, and professional environment within the development, acting as the face of the building’s exceptional service standards.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within luxury hospitality, residential management, or high-end concierge services.
- A passion for providing outstanding service and an innate ability to anticipate the needs of residents.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle requests or challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Impeccable presentation and a professional, polished appearance.
- Knowledge of the London area and local luxury services, or a keen interest in becoming an expert on the best offerings in the city.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings as required.
