Spa Manager | Luxury Beauty | London

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Spa Manager to join our team in a prestigious flagship location. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will lead a talented team in delivering a premium and personalised luxury service to our exclusive clientele. This role would develop a network and relationships in the local area to drive business growth. This role does not include Sunday working.

Spa Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate a team of beauty therapists, ensuring excellent service and a dynamic, high-performance environment.
  • Sales & Client Development: Achieve sales targets by proactively promoting luxury beauty, skincare and haircare products, ensuring a memorable experience for clients.
  • Build a loyal client base through personalised care and retention strategies.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide tailored skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and high-end beauty treatments. Foster long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including stock levels, scheduling, and administrative duties. Ensure the boutique remains organised, attractive, and in line with brand standards.
  • Event Planning & Networking: Plan and execute in-store events to drive awareness and recruit new clients. Build partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and gyms to grow brand visibility.

Spa Manager Experience:

  • Proven experience in a luxury Spa or Skincare environment
  • Leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing a team.
  • Experience networking and developing your business with external businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Immaculately presented with a deep understanding of premium beauty standards.
  • Willingness to participate in a 5-week paid training in Paris.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales and service targets.
