Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection is a contemporary boutique hotel located in South Kensington, London. With 99 guest rooms and suites, an Italian restaurant, an early hours bar, cigar garden, private dining, and events area. Xenia offers truly unique experience for our guests, a modern, yet comfortable home away from home ambience.

Our F&B offering, in addition to the hotels lounge menu and breakfast selection, includes an Italian restaurant La Terrazza, cocktails and cigars in our Living Wall Bar, private dining in Bohemia room as well as corporate and private events in our Living Lounge Room.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen here at Hotel Xenia. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate AssistantReception Manager.

Position overview

As the Assistant Reception Manager at Hotel Xenia, you will support the Reception Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Your key responsibilities will include supervising, training, and motivating the reception team to provide exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment. You will handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will hold team briefings and one-on-one meetings to keep Reception staff informed of promotions and initiatives, while collaborating with the Reception and Rooms Division Managers on projects to enhance the guest experience.
