An exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service expert to join the National Gallery, as we celebrate our bicentenary with a year of high-profile exhibitions and openings.
You will ensure that the Gallery delivers the highest level of guest experience and customer service, and will act as the first point of contact for customers. You will support the work of Loyalty, Sales and Ticketed Experiences with internal stakeholders, and will be able to resolve Ticketing, Membership and Ecommerce queries.
