5* hotel porter

Based in a 5* private members club in Central London

Monday to Sunday

Hours are either: 7am to 15:30pm or 14:30pm to 22:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Guests with Luggage:
Greet guests upon arrival and departure, helping them with their luggage both at check-in and check-out.

Provide a Warm Welcome:
Ensure each guest feels valued and welcomed by offering friendly and professional assistance.

Support During Check-in & Check-out:
Assist guests with the check-in process by guiding them to the reception area, offering directions, and providing information on hotel services.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
Respond to guest requests, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Maintain Public Areas:
Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Safety and Security:
Handle guests' belongings with care and ensure their safety while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying luggage
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A team player with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences
- Previous hotel or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
