Residential Block Property Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to join their team to manage a portfolio of zone 1-4 London residential blocks. They are offering hybrid working in the office two days per week and based at home for three days. You will need to deliver a complete day to day management service of a portfolio of properties. Core responsibilities will be to prepare annual service charge estimates in consultation with landlords and resident management committees, monitor expenditure and consult under Section 20 for any major planned expenditure, liaise with clients, contractors and residents on a daily basis, manage and supervise on site staff, conduct regular site visits and attend residents AGMs. You must have a professional and pragmatic approach, possess excellent communication and organisational skills as well as attention to detail. You must also have sound IT skills and have a sound knowledge of current legislation and a strong proven track record. TPI qualification preferred. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years proven direct experience within residential block management to have had adequate experience to directly manage a portfolio of properties.
