Residential Property Associate/Senior Associate with 2-5 years' PQE sought for Top 100 law firm

The Opportunity

Due to growth, our client, a leading Top 100 law firm is looking to make a strategic hire in their L500 ranked Residential Property Department.

The successful applicant will work alongside numerous highly experienced, recognised partners on a varied caseload to include high value freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.

This position will see the successful individual acting for HNW individuals, their companies, family offices and trusts with properties valuing over 1m.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' PQE gained from a reputable firm
  • Experience working on transactions on behalf of HNW individuals
