Role: Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Wimbledon

Salary: DOE

My client is at a multi-service independent law firm in South West London. The firm consists of around 20 fee-earners working on a range of matters including property, private client, employment, and litigation. The residential department work on a mix of property transactions, including working on behalf of HNW clients on local and rural estates, with properties valued up to 3million+.

The role is for a Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 2-years PQE, working on their own residential caseload of sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity. The role is available due to an increased flow of work coming into the department, requiring a new Solicitor to join the team. The role is available for all candidates from 2PQE-upwards, as there is potential for all ranks of solicitor at the firm. For junior solicitors, this is an attractive opportunity to develop your skills with autonomy over your own caseload and being given further responsibilities that may not be available at other firms. For more senior solicitors, the role is attracted as there will be succession planning in the coming years, and there is the potential for Partnership for the right candidate.
