Duties
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant systems
- Resolving any lighting/power issues on the site
- Fire alarm test
- Emergency light testing
- Sprinkler testing
- HVAC maintenance - fault finding and repair to AHUs/FCUs and general AC systems
- CRAC system maintenance
- Networking/IT configuration skills (desirable, though not essential)
- Generator testing
- Locating faults on BMS
- Chiller resets and repair work
- Fault finding on pumps
- Maintenance on switchgears/panels
Requirements
- Min. 3 years commercial building services maintenance experience
- Critical site experience - hospital, data centre, critical banking building
- C&G / NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations (or equivalent)
- C&G 18th Edition
- High-voltage maintenance experience (essential)
