thefutureworks are recruiting for 4 Cleaning Supervisors across Coventry University London Campus's in Central London, Greenwich and DagenhamThe post holders will lead and manage a team of approximately 7 cleaners and will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning operations of the campus building, ensuring that staff provide a high-quality service tailored to customer. Low-level maintenance and routine inspections are also required to support the Campus Support Technician.Working Pattern: 06:00 - 14:30 Mon - Fri (5/7) Occasional Saturday working Main Duties* Oversee the cleaning team, assign tasks, and ensure quality. Schedule cleaning operations and create rotas. Manage workload and staff absences while prioritising tasks effectively.* Ensure the quality of work meets hygiene, infection control, health and safety, and Group standards. Regularly monitor cleaning standards by conducting audits and recording the results in the system.* Develop, manage, and track the completion of seasonal and routine cleaning tasks. Ensure adherence to quality standards. * Support the Campus Support Technician in delivering site-specific training to ensure best practices are maintained across all sites.
