Right now we are looking to find our next Cluster Housekeeping Managerto join our team inLondon - Native Kings Wardrobe and Native Bankside.

Every day is different. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest apartments are cleaned and presented to the highest standard at all times. You will be passionate about what you do and have a great eye for detail, ensuring every guest that stays is wowed. You will have full accountability of the department.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Plan, organise and direct team members to ensure the highest service and cleanliness level.

  • To ensure hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are implemented and adhered to.

  • Help manage the purchasing, re-ordering and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory based on Natives provided budgets.

  • Build positive and productive working relationship with colleagues and subordinates across the business.

  • Keep a fluent and co-operative communication and working relationship with the Guest Services Teams and Maintenance.

  • To ensure all maintenance faults are reported to the Maintenance Department and that these are rectified immediately, especially if life threatening or dangerous.

  • Ensure that the service in the room is carried out in a friendly and efficient manager.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in hospitality sector
  • Efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature

  • Build positive and productive working relationships with colleagues and subordinates across the Native

  • To follow company policies and procedures

  • Excellent communications skills, demonstrating the ability to liaise effectively & efficiently with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds and work levels
