Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional cleaning standards across all areas, exceeding guest expectations and maintaining the luxury brand's image.
- Oversee uniform standards for the housekeeping team, always ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
- Manage staff rotas for optimal efficiency and coverage while fostering staff well-being and teamwork.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, conduct regular inspections, and collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
You will need:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
