Housekeeping Assistant - Communal Area Cleaners -London SE1 Full time- Permanent - Negotiable 29-31K
You will be working 45 hours per week (9 hours /Shift including a break)
Flexible shifts, including weekends 06.00 am to 3.00 pm , 2pm to 11 pm
The Role
I am recruiting for capable housekeeping Assistant to join a Luxury Residential development in the vibrant and expanding area.
This is a fantastic landmark development, and we are looking for someone who will help to deliver the vision and service excellence of the scheme.
The Housekeeping team is responsible for delivering a high level of cleanliness/upkeep for all front, and back of house areas. The central purpose of the role is to clean allocated areas throughout the day, in accordance to set standards/expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Work closely with other team members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the cleanliness satisfaction of stakeholders.
* To clean, according to schedule, all operational areas including.
* resident amenities and leisure facilities, refuse zones and front/back of house, ensuring that all areas are kept meticulously clean and organised at all times.
* Having a complete understanding of the different cleaning products, and their economical use, ensuring the appropriate cleaning materials are used in accordance with set standards/H&S policies.
* Attend all mandatory training provided by the organisation to provide a professional and effective service to all of our stakeholders.
