The Role:

As a Facilities Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our office environments. Your attention to detail and regular inspections will be key to ensuring our high standards are consistently upheld.

  • Conducting thorough inspections of cleaning and maintenance tasks carried out by suppliers and internal teams across different office areas.
  • Addressing any issues that arise during the day, such as restocking food and beverages.
  • Ensuring that all areas, including private offices, communal spaces, and restrooms, meet strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Documenting inspection outcomes, noting any areas that need improvement, and reporting them to the relevant team members.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of cleaning processes and suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Working with cleaning providers and other staff to address immediate needs or correct deficiencies to maintain and exceed service expectations.
  • Managing inventory checks to ensure cleaning supplies and other resources are well-stocked and organised.

About You:

  • Proven experience in quality inspection, cleaning, facilities management, or similar roles, particularly in managed office environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, with a focus on creating a safe work environment.
  • Physically capable of travelling between multiple locations, including night visits if necessary.
  • A valid driving licence.
