We are now recruiting for a Housekeeping Office Coordinator for our Royal National Hotel based in the heart of Bloomsbury. We don't want you to work for us, we want you to work with us and be part of our Imperial London Hotels Community.
As a Housekeeping Office Coordinator, you will be supporting the housekeeping team to maintain our high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This includes conducting inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with the hotel brand standards, maintaining accurate records of room status and inventory and ensuring efficient resource allocation and replacements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing management reports.
- Prepare staff rotas and attendance lists (Knowcross).
- Maintain an updated notice board and coordinate with Housekeeping to keep room statuses current in the system.
- Log and secure all Lost and Found items, maintaining an accurate record through Knowcross.
What we’d like from you
- Previous experience working as a housekeeping supervisor experience in a hotel.
- Proficient in OPERA (PMS System) & Knowcross.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - able to manage both your time and the team effectively.
- A multi-tasker with your excellent organisation skills, you can prioritise workload and also adapt to changing priorities where needed.
- A positive can-do attitude, you are calm under pressure, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
