Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Manager to join their fantastic team in Chingford. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our little learners.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest quality care and education.
- Develop and implement engaging and stimulating learning activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff.
What You'll Need:
- Essential: Level 3 in Early Years or above.
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a senior early years role.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- An enhanced DBS check
