Salary:£45,000-£50,000
Hours:40 hours per week across 5 days
We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join this Islington Nursery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team
- Offer training and ongoing support to staff, promoting professional development during team meetings.
- Ensure effective communication with the management team to uphold high-quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and local community partners.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including assessments and daily logs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Strong initiative, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education with an innovative approach to learning.
