We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual to lead a team of 5 housekeepers in a fully staffed household in Kensington. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly flexible, and incredibly organised, ensuring seamless coordination and effectiveness within the team. Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and upkeep of the residence is paramount, requiring confidence and excellent product knowledge to train the wider team.Duties and responsibilities: • Lead and motivate a team of 5 housekeepers to ensure seamless coordination and effectiveness• Conduct regular property checks to uphold impeccable standards• Dive into hands-on housekeeping duties to maintain the residence to perfection• Manage wardrobe tasks including packing and unpacking• Accompany the principal on travels as requiredRequirements:
• Proficiency in Russian and English language
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role• Highly organised with a flexible and proactive approach• Excellent product knowledge and confidence in training the team• Familiarity with equipment such as Laurastar iron and Miele washing machine• Strong laundry skills, particularly with delicate fabrics• Uncompromising attention to detail and hygiene standards• Willingness to travel with the principals • Comfortable around cats• Right to work in the UKDays of work: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pmOn average, working 2 weekend days per month paid as overtime.Salary: £50kgpa plus overtime £4-5k gross per yearStart: ASAP or up to a 1 month notice period
