Head of Lettings – Central LondonWe are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Head of Lettings to oversee a cluster of five London offices for one of the leading names in the property sector. This role is ideal for a lettings professional with a strong track record who’s ready to take their career to the next level with substantial earning potential, a dynamic environment, and a clear path for further growth.The Role:As Head of Lettings, you'll have full responsibility for five thriving London offices, managing team performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring top-notch service standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring team members, setting ambitious targets, and implementing strategies to maximize success in a highly competitive market.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the performance of five lettings offices across London
Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic business development
Implement and monitor office targets, KPIs, and client satisfaction goals
Recruit, train, and motivate teams to ensure high performance and engagement
Build and maintain relationships with key landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and best practices
