Head of Lettings – Central LondonWe are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Head of Lettings to oversee a cluster of five London offices for one of the leading names in the property sector. This role is ideal for a lettings professional with a strong track record who’s ready to take their career to the next level with substantial earning potential, a dynamic environment, and a clear path for further growth.The Role:As Head of Lettings, you'll have full responsibility for five thriving London offices, managing team performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring top-notch service standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring team members, setting ambitious targets, and implementing strategies to maximize success in a highly competitive market.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the performance of five lettings offices across London
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic business development
  • Implement and monitor office targets, KPIs, and client satisfaction goals
  • Recruit, train, and motivate teams to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and best practices
