An experienced Block Manager is needed for a supportive Block Management department in North London.
The position offers a salary negotiable between £35,000 p.a. and £45,000 p.a., depending on experience.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of Block Management processes and must be familiar with fire safety regulations and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
The role requires a reliable individual with excellent English writing skills and experience managing a portfolio of blocks.
Hybrid working is available after training, and the company also provides professional qualifications and free parking.

What they are looking for in a Block Manager:

Someone with sound knowledge of all Block Management processes and procedures, including issuing section 20 notices
Up to date with all the changes around fire safety in blocks
Must have a good knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
A reliable person with a can do and helpful nature
Excellent English writing skills
A calm and professional demeanor
Must have experience of managing a portfolio of Blocks and be confident in your abilities and knowledge.
Must drive with your own car - all blocks are based local to the office

Block Manager salary is negotiable between £35,000 p.a. and £45,000 p.a. Hours are full-time!
