Experienced Block Manager -Holloway
Salary - £40,000- £50,000 (Depending on Experience)
Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
Our client is rapidly expanding and looking for an Experienced Block Manager to join their branch in Holloway. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to pursue a successful career with an award-winning business.
Previous Industry experience is essential for this role, this is a a fast paced, customer focussed environment that requires a focused and self-motivated individual.

- Day to day operations, tenant interactions and lease administration
- Maintain relations with leaseholders and RTM Companies
- Risk Management - Ensure properties are compliant with H&S, Fire Regulations etc
- Strong communication, proficient in IT and property management software
- Able to work under pressure
