Job description

  1. Handling queries regarding the maintenance and repairs of properties.
  2. Liaising with contractors, both in house and external.
  3. Liaising with local authorities and speaking to tenants daily.
  4. Creating job request and inputting jobs onto the system (ACT database).
  5. Dealing with void properties and re-lets.
