A Local Authorities Housing Team based in North London are looking for a Housing Repairs Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Housing Repairs Coordinator, your role will be pivotal to deliver timely and efficient repairs for their residents. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Diagnosing repairs accurately, raising orders on the IT systems, and booking appointments with contractors.
  2. Working in a contact centre, handling a high volume of calls to ensure targets are met.
  3. Utilising your extensive knowledge of building maintenance and repairs to address various aspects in a busy environment.
  4. Methodically and accurately processing customers' repair requests within the appropriate policies, procedures, and guidelines, while meeting tight deadlines.
Essential Experience:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following:
