The Role

We are seeking a Supported Lettings Officer to assist in securing private rented accommodation for vulnerable individuals. Your responsibilities will include:

Property Procurement - Securing properties within the private rented sector.Lettings Management - Ensuring successful tenancy arrangements.Financial Knowledge - Understanding Local Authority Housing Allowance & Universal Credit.Expectation Management - Advising clients on affordability and suitable locations.Office Presence - Minimum 3 days per week required in-office.
