- Manage the day to day administration of benefit schemes across EMEA, including updating any changes, new joiner and leaver information, and liaising regularly with the payroll team
- Conduct all inductions for new joiners on benefit schemes and answer ad hoc benefits queries
- Communicate effectively and appropriately any benefit changes, and update the intranet
- Support the administration of Holiday and Absence Trackers
- Produce regular reports on expenditure and uptake of benefits, presenting to the wider team and relevant stakeholders
- Support with wider and ad hoc HR projects around annual budgets and HRIS improvement
- Demonstrable knowledge of Excel and systems administration
- An interest or previous experience in corporate benefits is desirable
- Process oriented with an exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, able to partner with multiple stakeholders and manage numerous priorities at once
