Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Account Director and taking ownership of the end-to-end process for all new contractors setup in the UK, US, APAC and EMEA regions.
  • Build, manage and maintain relationships with your allocated contractor base, acting as the point of contact for all communication. Ensuring a smooth and seamless journey in becoming a contractors with Project Recruit.
  • Providing support and advice to the contractors on onboarding requirements.
  • Managing candidates and their enquiries by providing the highest level of customer service and always going the extra mile.
  • Organise daily work schedules and follow up with your contractors and our payroll, finance and compliance teams, ensuring the payment process is progressing timely, and providing an accurate and informative payment service to your contractors.
  • Ensure all queries are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner and provide professional and efficient responses to all contractors, maintaining our position as a top International Payroll Provider.
  • Providing administrative support to Recruitment Team in scheduling multiple candidate interviews.
  • Updating internal systems with up to date information.
  • Delivering timely updates to the Account Director.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple teams, to deliver your overall service. This includes liaising with the finance, compliance and resourcing teams to ensure timely transfer of client funds and assisting other members of the team with workload as required to uphold our standard of service.
  • Proactively engage with contractors to ensure all obligations are met.
  • Manage and implement payment services for your contractor base as and when required.
  • Execute sufficient handovers to colleagues as appropriate and where applicable.
  • Represent our values and provide internal feedback on how Project Recruit can better serve our contractors and clients.
  • Ensure all sensitive data is handled as per internal processes, dictated by GDPR legislation.

Person Spec:

  • Proven experience working within the Professional Service industry
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Basic understating of the due diligence checks (right to work, KYC and AML) that are needed for contractors
  • Great time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Willing to learn
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • An exceptional ability to listen, consult, seek to understand contractors / client needs and aspirations.
  • Anticipates and looks ahead, to proactively drive actions and conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills. Articulates themselves clearly and confidently, as a result able to effectively influence the client and candidate.
  • Stays up to date and has strong knowledge of specialisms.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. Fluency in another European language desirable.
  • Due to the international nature of the role, occasional flexibility to work outside of core hours is essential.
