Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Admissions process from application review to onboarding
  • Screen, interview, and assess applicants for suitability
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and admissions decisions using CRM tools
  • Organise and host Virtual Inductions and Admissions webinars ??
  • Schedule and conduct interviews while managing applicant feedback
  • Make offers and handle all offer-related queries
  • Continuously enhance the Admissions experience through feedback
  • Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align Admissions criteria with business needs

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools (e.g., CRM, ERP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to growth
  • Passion for leveraging technology and data to drive excellence
