Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ADP system and be able to manage various HR tasks efficiently. This role is based in our Tottenham Court Road office and requires an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • ADP System Management: Utilize the ADP system for payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
