HR Administrator
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting media business based in Paddington who looking for a HR Administrator to join the team permanently. This is a great opportunity to join a newly created team at a growing business.
Duties
- Oversee and manage the onboarding process, including conducting pre-employment checks.
- Execute the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making selections.
- Organise and lead new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Keep accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide advice and guidance to line managers on probation periods, absence management, and company policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Administer and maintain employee benefits and related portals.
- Assist with payroll processing through the HR system, ensuring all overtime and additional payments are authorized and processed.
- Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role
- A strong understanding of UK employment legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary + other information:
- Paying between - £28,000 - £32,0000
- Based in Paddington
- 5 days in the office
