HR Administrator

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting media business based in Paddington who looking for a HR Administrator to join the team permanently. This is a great opportunity to join a newly created team at a growing business.

Duties

  • Oversee and manage the onboarding process, including conducting pre-employment checks.
  • Execute the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making selections.
  • Organise and lead new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Keep accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide advice and guidance to line managers on probation periods, absence management, and company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Administer and maintain employee benefits and related portals.
  • Assist with payroll processing through the HR system, ensuring all overtime and additional payments are authorized and processed.
  • Perform other relevant duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • A strong understanding of UK employment legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary + other information:

  • Paying between - £28,000 - £32,0000
  • Based in Paddington
  • 5 days in the office
