A top UK Law firm is looking to hire a new HR Assistant on a 6 month FTC they are looking for someone who is available immediately, to assist the firm in a busy period. This role is perfect for an experienced team Assistant, HR Assistant or an accomplished Senior Administrator looking to take the next step.

  • Up to £35,000 experience dependent
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
  • 6-month FTC to start ASAP

HR Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the HR Management Team
  • Manage any tenders that come to HR
  • Support the HR Team with operational annual projects
  • Support HR Social Committee with managing the social budget and planning and arranging events
  • Take an active role in assisting with policy changes and updates
  • Complete all tenancy, mortgage, and ex-employee reference requests
  • Support the HR Operations team with reviews and reports as requested
  • Complete the annual SRA and Barrister renewals

HR Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a professional services Human Resources Team
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive and stay organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
