Our client are a well known cosmetics brand who are recruiting for a People Coordinator to join them on a part time basis, The People Coordinator is responsible for managing all colleague administration, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and general HR support for teams in the UK and Germany. This role also partners with the Senior Operations Manager supporting on-site teams in London, Manchester and Birmingham, ensuring full support for all HR needs including recruitment, onboarding, ER cases and coaching.

You should have proven experience in a fast paced, high volume, entrepreneurial administration role within payroll or HR/ Prior payroll experience strongly preferred, especially with a third-party supplier

You are self-motivated, confident and resilient and are able to provide an engaging and inspirational level of customer service to all partners, both internal and external

This is a part-time role, based on 24 hours per week across 4 or 5 days - with some flexibility on how the hours are managed.

Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home (5 days per week) or 2 days per week in the office and 2 days from home (4 days per week).
