Talentedge HR is currently recruiting an HR Coordinator to work with a global business based in the Southeast.

You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and advisor to provide essential administrative support to their clients and help keep HR operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities;

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Maintain HR Tracker for accurate monthly statistics, including turnover, average time to hire, etc.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including updating policies and procedures along with improving HR systems, etc.
  • Input data into the HR Information System and ensure it remains up to date with any changes.
  • File departmental paperwork regularly.
  • Administer Maternity, Paternity, and Shared Parental leave process.
  • Take phone calls from staff and log and email managers advising of the employee’s sickness absence.
  • Attend welfare meetings, provide support, take notes and follow up where appropriate.
  • Input all relevant information into our HR System, Workday
  • Full Leaver process management
  • Diarise probationary reviews with managers and BPs and ensure they are completed promptly
  • Log any disciplinary sanctions on the HR Information System and remove them once they expire.

Your Background;

  • CIPD level 3
  • Previous experience as an HR Coordinator / Administrator
  • Proven experience using an HRIS
  • Proven administration experience in a busy, fast-paced role
  • Basic HR knowledge
