Our client is an International Engineering who are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team.You’ll be responsible for assisting with the running of the HR and Talent operations, supporting the wider HR team and working closely with the People and Talent Advisor on projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all People-related queries
  • Owning all HR administration processes and procedures
  • Providing a professional and efficient administrative process through the full employee lifecycle
  • Support with recruitment
  • Maintaining the HRIS and employee records
  • Assisting with employee benefits
  • Supporting the monthly payroll processes
This role is perfect if you have previous experience with the core aspects of HR Administration and employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration and are looking to build on this knowledge.You will be the kind of person who is organised and efficient with excellent communication skills.This is a permanent hybrid position working three days a week in their beautiful Central London offices.
