As we continue to expand, we are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Office Coordinator to play a key role in supporting both our people and operations. Role Overview
This is a varied role that blends HR support and office management. You’ll be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administration while also ensuring the smooth running of office operations. We’re looking for someone who is people-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and HR queries.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
- Organise training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Support company-wide engagement initiatives, including social events and wellbeing programs.
Office Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and external vendors.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative support for senior management.
- Oversee office supplies, budgets, invoices, and expenses.
- Ensure the office remains compliant with health & safety regulations.
- Plan and execute internal events, team-building activities, and company meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in HR administration, office coordination, or a similar role.
- Background in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD qualification preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and office management practices.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
