We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator and Personal Assistant to join a wonderful charity in the West London area. This dual role involves providing essential administrative support to the HR department and Executive Assistance to 2 Directors. 

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, however, in the first month, you will be required to be in the office 5 times per week. 

HR Administration 

  • Manage and maintain employee records with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, coordination with agencies, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Oversee the HR database and assist users as needed.
  • Administer employee benefits, manage leave requests, and track attendance.
  • Aid the HR Manager in handling employee relations, including document preparation, meeting scheduling, and note-taking.
  • Implement HR policies and assist in payroll preparation.
  • Organise and maintain records for training sessions.
  • Address general HR inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Serve as the HR Quality Lead within the organisation.

PA to Directors 

  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel for Country Managers.
  • Screen emails, calls, and prioritize correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on meetings.
  • Organise events, conferences, and meetings as required.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Country Managers.
  • Handle sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven multitasking ability with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • C.2 years' experience in HR administration.
  • Experience providing PA support at a senior level.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
