Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a personable and talented Recruitment Assistant to join one of our dynamic and growing global law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London. This role is pivotal in supporting the firms Attorney and Graduate Recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing search and offer approvals.
  • Oversee the administration of application tracking systems.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks, conflicts, referencing, background checks, and work authorizations.
  • Create HR files for new joiners.
  • Arrange and attend events both in-office and externally.
  • Assist in producing confidential documents.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies.
  • Support with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

The Candidate:

  • Proficiency or willingness to learn programs like Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
  • Capability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours and work evenings when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
