Recruitment Assistant
Leading US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Recruitment Assistant on a permanent basis. This role will be part of a sociable, friendly team who believe in flexibility and exposure within a role.
- Salary to £35,000
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- Involved varied role working with senior firm members from day one.
Recruitment Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of recruitment
- Provide support to the Director of Recruitment and Office/HR Managers with recruitment processes
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of recruitment databases (LawCruit and Workday) in accordance with GDPR
- Track candidate metrics and perform statistical analysis
- Track recruitment expenditure in line with the annual budget and reforecasts.
- Coordinate the annual refresh of recruitment brochures
Recruitment Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:
- 1 year+ recruitment experience within a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
