Recruitment Assistant - 1 Year Contract - Remote, £35,000 Immediate InterviewsZachary Daniels is really excited to partner with an amazing luxury brand for a Recruitment Assistant, this role is fully remote but you will need access to your own laptop.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear direction and motivate team members to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and set priorities.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates and interviewers.
  • Arrange travel or accommodation for candidates if necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on the status of their application.
  • Post job openings on various recruitment platforms (job boards, company website,
  • social media, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system

What you will need:
