Role: Recruitment AssistantHours of Work: 8.30am to 5.30pm - hybrid working 3 days in office  Salary: £33k to £38k per annum  Tiger Recruitment was founded in 2001 and specialise in placing high calibre support staff. We recruit across all industry sectors and for clients looking to fill permanent, temporary, fixed term contract and virtual vacancies. Our clients range from FTSE 100's, financial services, technology and property to creative, charity, family offices and private households. We recruit throughout London as well as nationally and internationally (Europe, Dubai and the U.S). We have offices in London’s West End, City of London, Dubai and New York and Zurich. We are seeking a bright and eager Recruitment Assistant who will be working form our London West End office assisting the MD and West End team. This is the ideal role for someone organised and efficient who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will develop skills in both administration and account management with potential to move into a consulting role in future. What You Will DoOn a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
  • Diary management and scheduling meetings for the MD and senior candidates
  • Formatting CVs and company documents
  • Writing job advertisements and managing job posting administration
  • Updating our database accurately, consistently and promptly
  • Weekly reporting for management
  • Liaising with a range of people over the phone and on email
  • Promptly assisting with candidate and client enquiries
  • Ad hoc assistance with administrative and operational tasks
  • Assisting with recruitment processes including sourcing candidates and shortlisting roles
