You'll play a key role in making sure the intern experience runs smoothly, and in delivering a high standard of support to candidates, hiring managers, and wider programme stakeholders.If you're someone who thrives in an environment where things move quickly, enjoys problem-solving, and has excellent attention to detail, this role could be your perfect next move.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a key point of contact for interns and hiring managers, providing timely, friendly support via email and case management tools.
- Coordinating onboarding, induction, training and offboarding logistics for interns globally.
- Supporting programme managers in delivering early careers activities and events.
- Managing intern scheduling, documentation and data accuracy across internal systems.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Finding ways to improve and streamline admin processes where possible.
- Supporting ad-hoc operational and project work linked to intern experience and early careers initiatives.
What We're Looking ForEssential:
- 1+ years' experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, logistics, operations or a similar support role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
Preferred:
- Degree or diploma in HR or a related subject.
- Previous experience in high-volume scheduling and calendar management.
- Experience in an international or matrix organisation.
- Solid Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
