We’re looking for someone super friendly and sociable who wants to play a key part in a busy office environment. Organise, manage diaries, meet and greet, co-ordinate basic events. Use your initiative and take pride in making this role yours. Help create a wonderful, positive office environment!

You will need top-tier organisation and communication skills, be someone calm and practical who is able to work under their own initiative.

The Role:

  • Answering phone and email queries, directing to the correct people / team
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office
  • Take responsibility for ordering stationary, food and drinks for the office
  • Travel bookings, flights, hotels, trains etc.
  • Organise basic events and meetings
  • Co-ordinate with the marketing team as required
  • Manage your own structure, find what works best and make the role your own
  • Report to the operations manager.
