Our client, a global luxury retail brand, is seeking a Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives across their organisation. This role will focus on driving transformation programmes, managing redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and other organisational changes in line with the company's strategic goals. (Hybrid role, 3 days in the office per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage change and transformation programmes
- Provide expert guidance on redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures
- Develop change management strategies that minimise disruption and support colleagues
- Act as a subject matter expert on employee relations and represent ER in collective consultation processes
- Build leader capability by developing and delivering training for managers and HR teams
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in managing change and transformation programmes at a manager level
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and employee relations best practices
- Experience with redundancy, TUPE transfers, consultations, and change management
- Skilled at developing training materials, guides, and communication templates
- Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability
Requirements:
- Must have direct experience in Change and Transformation Employee Relations at a manager level
- Experience with redundancy, consultancy, and change management processes
